Ordering

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can complete your purchase as a guest without creating an account. However, we strongly recommend setting up an account during checkout so you can easily track and review your orders. It also allows you to store your address and personal information, making future checkouts faster and more convenient.

When will I get my order?

Ready Stock: 1-3 business days (shipped from Jakarta).
Direct from Europe and USA: 10-14 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Logistics costs vary based on your location and the shipping origin of your items. Domestic shipments within Indonesia follow our standard local rates, while pieces shipping from our International Vaults incur a premium delivery fee. All applicable costs, including duties and taxes, are fully disclosed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Are your products authentic?

Every item on OFFSCRIPT is 100% authentic. As an authorized stockist, we dispatch orders from both our Jakarta office and our verified partner warehouses in Europe and USA. Every purchase arrives in its original designer packaging with all original tags and peripherals included.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. For orders outside of the Europe & USA, we declare a nominal package value to minimize customs' duties.

Will I be charged for Import Taxes?

All prices listed on our website are 100% all-inclusive. We handle all customs clearance, import duties, and local taxes (PPN & PPh) on your behalf. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

Is your merchandise authentic?

Yes—absolutely. Every item on OFFSCRIPT is 100% authentic, guaranteed. We source our inventory directly from the brands, their authorized dealers, and trusted independent vendors. Every purchase arrives in its original designer packaging with all original tags and peripherals included.

Is your merchandise brand new, pre-owned, factory seconds, or irregular?

All of our merchandise is strictly brand new and first-quality. We do not sell pre-owned items, factory seconds, or irregulars. Every piece comes complete with its original tags and packaging, exactly as you would find in the respective designer's boutique.

Why is your merchandise so discounted?

A large portion of our inventory consists of past-season, closeout, or overstock goods sourced directly from our global network of boutiques and authorized dealers. This sourcing model allows us to acquire exceptional pieces at highly favorable rates, and we pass those significant savings directly on to you.

Why can't I find some of your merchandise on the brand's website?

Because we frequently deal in past-season or archival inventory, much of what we sell is from previous collections and is no longer available on the respective brand's official website or in their retail stores. Rest assured, even if it is from a previous season, every item is 100% authentic and brand new.


Returns

What is the return policy?

We offer a 5-day return window from the date of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with the tags intact and unbroken. A continuous, unedited unboxing video is strictly required for all return requests to verify the condition of your order.

Are shipping fees refundable?

Orders dispatched from Europe & USA are eligible for a partial refund of the product price only. Please note that original shipping fees and import duties are remitted to logistics and government authorities upon dispatch and are therefore non-recoverable. These costs will be deducted from your final refund amount.

How do I make a return?

We offer free return shipping on all US orders. International customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

To request a return, submit a return request using our online form. You will need your email address and order number, which can be found in the original confirmation email you received. If you are having trouble locating this, please contact us and we'll gladly assist.
