Refund policy

1. Our Return Window
We offer a 5-day return period from the date your order is marked as delivered. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. The Mandatory Unboxing Video
To protect your purchase and maintain our inventory integrity, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is strictly required for all return claims.

  • The video must show the sealed package, the clear shipping label, and the opening/inspection of the item in one take.

  • Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will unfortunately be declined.

3. Return Eligibility & Condition
To be accepted for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the exact condition received, with no makeup, fragrance, or sweat marks.
  • Full Packaging: All original designer boxes, hard cases, dust bags, and authenticity cards must be included and undamaged.

4. International Orders
Due to the nature of international logistics and customs regulations, items dispatched from our international warehouse are subject to a Partial Refund Policy.

  • In the event of a return, only the Product Price is refundable.

  • Original shipping fees and import duties already remitted to customs authorities are non-recoverable and will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  • Return shipping costs for international items back to our processing center are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Please contact us for the expected refund amount.

5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are marked as Final Sale and cannot be returned, including:

  • Items explicitly marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale."

  • Earrings and Intimates.

6. Processing Your Refund
Once your return arrives at our Jakarta hub and passes our Quality Assurance inspection, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as Offscript Store Credit, based on your preference.
